We want you to know that our home at Ft. Morgan is available for your use and enjoyment. "Wastin' Away" is a two(2) bedroom, one(1) bath, fully furnished home. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and in the large living area is a queen size sofa bed. New appliances, including a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, small appliances, and microwave, along with all utensils, tableware, linens, towels, and washer and dryer are included.

 

Wastin' Away's has a large deck on the east side of the home and a sunning deck on the south side of the home and has direct sunlight all day. Under the house is paved with concrete, providing covered parking and/or a shaded play area for the kids. Also under the house is a very comfortable swing for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf breezes.

 

Wastin' Away is our oldest home, being one of few houses in the Fort Morgan area which has survived the hurricanes for the last thirty years. Like the rest of our homes, it has central heat & air, completely furnished, and ready for your use and enjoyment.
