Our homes (they are not just houses- they are completely furnished homes) normally rent on a weekly basis during the summer. Suggested arrival time is 3:00 p.m.- departure time is 10:00 a.m.

 

All of our homes are completely furnished with tableware, pots and pans, utensils, small and large appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, towels, linens, and things you might need to enjoy your visit to the beach. We make every attempt to provide and have available for your use everything you will need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay, except food!

 

We attempt to keep some beach chairs, and beach toys at each home for your use at the beach- however, these items are sometimes misplaced. Each home does have crab traps and bar-b-que grill- even a wagon for your use in getting all your beach items to and from the beach.

 

Each home has Wi-Fi.

 

Wastin' Away, Busy Doin’ Nothin’, and Castaway II are located side-by-side all on Bernard Court East. Are you planning a family reunion, or a get together at the beach with a lot of friends? Our homes can collectively accommodate over 20 people without anyone sleeping on the floor!

 

Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. At Fort Morgan, the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay are separated by a narrow strip of land- about a 1/4 mile wide at our location.Direct beach access- the street in front of our homes dead ends on the beach- Castaway II is approximately 300 feet from the beautiful, wide, white sand, beaches; Busy Doin' Nothin is next door but 50 feet further, and Wastin' Away is the farthest from the beach about 400 feet.

 

Mobile Bay is to the north of our homes, less than 200 yards away.

 

Small, housebroken pets are allowed with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee.

 

BEST RENTAL RATES around- weekly rates for off-season are discounted significantly; and, we have special snowbird monthly rates available for November, December, January, and February. Click on Contact Us to inquire as to rates and availability. We urge you to compare our rates with others- remember- compare "apples to apples" when you stay in our home... you do not need cookware or utensils; we provide all linens and towels at no extra charge; we have beach toys, crab baskets; no lodgings tax added to the quoted rental rate (its included in our rates).

 

Nightly rental is sometimes available- however, a three (3) night minimum is normally required- check with us for availability.

 

A deposit is required and must be received to secure your reservation. Sorry, but no reservations are confirmed until your deposit is received. The total rental amount is due, and must be received two (2) weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt of your rental payment, we will provide directions and keys. After your departure, if there are no damages we will return your original deposit amount.

 

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, no refund will be made until the property is re-rented and confirmed for the same time period. All cancellations must be in writing. Fax or e-mail cancellations are accepted.  For cancellation purposes, each week of a multiple week reservation is considered separately. New Stone Realty, L.L.C. will make every effort to re-rent the property to minimize loss.

 

All rental prices include Alabama lodgings tax.
